Dodecyl (C22) trimethyl methyl ammonium sulfate. BTMS was derived from behenic acid extracted from non-transgenic rapeseed oil and synthesized by a complex scientific process. Due to its unique direct adsorption and antistatic properties, it has a wide range of uses in personal care products. Its functions include wetting, cleaning, conditioning, softening, suspension and emulsification.

What is BTMS 50

This product is white flake, soluble in water and ethanol, good compatibility with cationic and non-ionic surfactants, stable below 120℃. Good chemical stability, heat resistance, light resistance, pressure resistance, acid and alkali resistance. It has excellent anti-knot and soft properties for hair.

BTMS is a quaternary ammonium salt, mainly used as hair conditioner and antistatic agent.
