Applications:

Stabilizer; Thickener; Emulsifier; Dispersant; Gelling agent; Coating agent; Suspension agent. Japan uses it in ice cream and cold spots to improve shape retention and make tissues delicate, with a dosage of 0.1% to 0.4%. When making filling hearts, adhesive properties are given, with a dosage of 0.1% to 0.7%. Due to its hydrophilic nature and strong hydration properties, it is difficult for the water adsorbed on the stabilizer to form ice crystals. The amount of stuffing, meat sauce, gravy, frozen food, chocolate, cream flavored hard candy, cold point gel, gel soft candy, syrup, emulsion, etc. used in pies in the United States is 0.1%~0.5%. In beer production, it serves as a solidifying and removing agent for copper, while coagulating with proteins and tannins to remove them. Can be made into a thin film for anti stick packaging of candy.
