Details:

Valine is one of the 20 kinds of amino acids that make up protein. Its chemical name is 2-amino-3-methylbutyric acid. Valine is an essential amino acid, meaning the body cannot produce it itself and must be supplemented through dietary sources. Its natural food sources include grains, dairy, shiitake, mushrooms, peanuts, soy protein, and meat. In addition, D-valine is also present in some actinomycins (such as valicin). Although most people can get adequate amounts from their diet, cases of valine deficiency are not uncommon. When valine is insufficient, the function of the central nervous system of rats will be disturbed, ataxia and tremor of limbs will appear. By dissecting and slicing brain tissue, it was found that there was degeneration of red nuclear cells. Patients with advanced liver cirrhosis were prone to hyperinsulinemia due to liver function damage, resulting in a decrease in branched-chain amino acids in the blood, and the ratio of branched-chain amino acids to aromatic amino acids was changed from normal people. The 3.0~3.5 of valine is usually reduced to 1.0~1.5, so branched-chain amino acid injections such as valine are commonly used to treat liver failure and the damage caused by alcoholism and drug abuse to these organs.

Valine works with two other highly concentrated amino acids (isoleucine and leucine) to promote normal body growth, repair tissue, regulate blood sugar, and provide needed energy. Additionally, valine's effects include stimulating the central nervous system, which is needed for proper mental functioning. When participating in strenuous physical activity, valine can provide muscles with extra energy to produce glucose to prevent muscle weakness. It also helps remove excess nitrogen (a potential toxin) from the liver and transports the nitrogen it needs throughout the body. Valine may also help treat liver and gallbladder disease, as well as damage to these organs from alcohol and drug abuse. Those who are physically active, those on low-protein diets, and bodybuilders may consider taking valine supplements. Although available in standalone form, it is best taken with isoleucine and leucine. It is more convenient to choose a blended valine supplement. However, it should be noted that excessive intake of valine can cause skin sensitivity and even hallucinations. In addition, too much valine in the diet may increase the amount of ammonia in the body, which can have damaging effects on liver and kidney function.

1. Maintain the normal function of the nervous system
2.2. Promote trauma recovery
3.3. Protect the myocardium
4. Regulate liver metabolism
5. Improve calcium absorption, promote bone growth; promote brain development, can promote fat metabolism, regulate pineal gland, breast, corpus luteum and ovary, prevent cell degeneration; reduce or prevent the occurrence of herpes simplex infection; help to eliminate certain Some infertility; if valine is deficient, people's sensitivity will be reduced, women will stop menstruation, and symptoms such as anemia, dizziness, dizziness and nausea will appear.
