Polybulozole is a kind of inhibitory triazole plant growth regulator, which was first developed by British company ICI in 1984. It is an inhibitor of endogenous gibberellin synthesis, which can obviously weaken the growth advantage of the top, promote the breeding of side buds (tillers), and make the plants dwarf and compact. It can increase the content of chlorophyll, protein and nucleic acid, reduce the content of gibberellin, reduce the content of indole acetic acid and increase the release of ethylene. It acts mainly through root absorption. The amount of absorption from leaf is small, not enough to cause morphological change, but can increase production. Polybulobuzole has high application value in controlling crop growth. For example, using 100 mg/l of 150 kg of liquid medicine to soak 100 kg of rice seeds for 36 hours, and then promote germination and sowing, or in the rice leaf 1 heart, with 100 mg/l of liquid medicine 1500 kg/ha, spray drain the water of the seedling field, can achieve the effect of controlling growth and promoting tillering. The growth control rate and tillering rate are generally 30% and 50 ~ 100%. In addition, 30 days before rice heading, 300 mg/l of polybulobutazole 900 kg per hectare was used for foliar spray, which had a good anti-lodging effect. The quality of rapeseed seedlings treated with polybulobuzole was obviously improved, and the frost resistance was greatly increased after transplanting. Polylobuzole also has the effect of dwarfing, controlling shoot and prebearing fruit in peach, apple and citrus plants. Herbs and woody flowers treated with polybulobuzole are compact and more ornamental. Polybulobuzole has a long lasting effect in soil.
