Product Description:

Fluorescent brightener CF dyeing colour light is pure white fluorescent colour system, very high whiteness. It has good fastness and stability, is stable to peroxide and resistant to general chlorine bleaching. It is also acid resistant up to 4.5, which is better than the commercially available DNS and 4BK brighteners. It has a medium to high affinity and is suitable for dip-dyeing and roll-dyeing processes; it can be used to whiten cotton and nylon composite fibres to obtain a more satisfactory homochromatic effect.

Application	For the whitening process of cotton, polyester-cotton, viscose fabrics, nylon, wool and silk.

Performance characteristics:

1.  Used in blended fabrics of nylon and cotton; 
2.  Good acid resistance; 
3.  Pure white dyed fabric; 
4.  Good washing resistance.

Method of Application:

1.  Fabric whitening after treatment: fluorescent brightener: 0.1-2.0% (o.w.f), salt: 50g/L, temperature: 40-100℃, time: 20-40min, bath ratio: 20-1:40. 
2.  Fabric one-time whitening: fluorescent whitening agent: 0.1-2.0% (o.w.f), hydrogen peroxide (35%): 15-50g/L, stabilizer: 4-8g/L, refining agent: 0.5-2.0g/L, NaOH: 20-40g/L, temperature: 80-100℃, time: 40min, bath ratio: 1:20-1:40.
