Masterbatch consists of carrier resin, various fillers and various additives. The limit of additives or the content of fillers in the masterbatch is several times to more than ten times higher than the amount needed in the actual plastic products. In the moulding process, the proportion of masterbatch and base resin must be adjusted according to the content of the relevant components in the masterbatch and the amount needed to be added in the actual product.
