Paint Application

In satin paint, sodium aluminosilicate is an economical matting agent, which can bring satin effect to the system and improve the scratch resistance and scratch resistance of the paint. The addition amount can be as high as 10%;

Sodium aluminum silicate USAGE

1. In latex paint, sodium aluminosilicate can partially replace white pigments. For different types of titanium dioxide, sodium aluminosilicate can replace up to 40-50% (weight) of titanium dioxide; and can improve the hiding power and Coloring power, increase the dispersion performance and stability of the pigment, and have the effect of auxiliary thickening; improve the scratch resistance and leveling of the coating, and reduce the cracking of the coating;

2. In decorative coatings or primers, sodium aluminosilicate can partially replace white pigments, improve the hiding power and filling ability of the pigments, dry faster, dry more fully, and the paint film is more wear-resistant; improve the leveling of the coating It can provide a good substrate for high-gloss surface paint; it can bring slight thixotropy to the system, which is conducive to coating and anti-sagging, and prevents precipitation from occurring;

3. In papermaking and paper coating, sodium aluminosilicate can be used as a special filler to increase the adsorption performance of the paper surface, and can replace some pigments, increase whiteness and reduce costs;

4. In adhesives and silicone rubber, sodium aluminosilicate can be used as a functional filler, whose main function is to reinforce, increase mechanical strength, while increasing consistency and thixotropy to improve construction;
