Product Description

This product is a cationic surfactant, soluble in water. This product is stable to 5% dilute acid and alkali, and will decompose when the temperature rises above 180℃. This product should not be used in the same bath with anionic surfactants.

Packaging and Storage

Package: 200Kg / metal drum or 50Kg / plastic drum (Net weight).

Storage: Store in a sealed, light-resistantcontainer, and avoid exposure to direct sunlight, humidity and overheating.

Shelf life:24 months when properly stored.

 

Product Specification
1. lt is a cationic surfactant, easily soluble in water, butanol, benzene, chloroform.
dimethylformamide, dioxane, ethylene glycol, methyl (ethyl or butyl) at room temperature.
The solvent on celluloid, acetic acid and water are soluble in carbon tetrachloride, dichloroethane.

3. lt can be mixed with cationic and nonionic surfactants, but it is not suitable to be used in thesame bath with anionic surfactants.
[Applications]
1. lt is suitable for spinning static elimination of synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, andchlorine, and has excellent antistatic effect. The antistatic agent SN can be used alone, or itcan be mixed with other oils and emulsifiers that do not contain anionic surfactants to form anaqueous solution, so that the fiber tow can pass through the above emulsion to eliminate staticelectricity. The dosage is generally 0.2 ~ of the fiber weight. 0.5%.2. It can be used as a leveling agent for polyacrylonitrile
3. Eliminate the static electricity of plastic products in the plastic industry, and can be used asa static eliminator for polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene film and plastic products. Dissolve theantistatic agent SN in a suitable solvent, mix it with a small amount of plastic powder, and drythen add this material to all the plastic powder, and process it according to routine. Generally.the recommended dosage is 0.5-2% of the plastic weight.
