Inulinase, derived from Aspergillus Niger, is a food enzyme preparation extracted by liquid deep fermentation. This product is mainly used to hydrolyze inulin to oligosaccharide. Fructooligosaccharides are widely used in food, beverage, dairy, medicine and other fields.
