Lipase is widely used in industrial production.

For example, lipase is used in the food industry for meat degreasing, flour improvement, oil modification, cheese processing, winemaking and sauce processing.

In the feed industry, lipase and other carbohydrate degrading enzymes are combined to form complex enzymes as feed additives, which can effectively improve the utilization rate of feed.

Lipases are also widely used in the bioresolution of chiral compounds in the medical and fine chemical industries.

In the paper industry, lipase can achieve enzymatic removal of rosin from wood pulp.
