It has many biological functions such as anti-inflammatory and analgesic, antioxidant, non-specific blocking of calcium ion channels, inhibiting histamine release, dilating coronary arteries, reducing myocardial oxygen consumption, inhibiting platelet aggregation, lowering blood pressure, lowering blood sugar, etc. In some cells, the anti-tumor effect can be achieved by blocking the cell cycle and inducing autophagy apoptosis. Fanghexonoline can significantly inhibit the proliferation and metastasis of A375 cells, and can be used as a potential chemotherapy drug for the treatment of melanoma.
