Details:

The product is obtained by controlled and submerged fermentation of Bacillus Subtilis. It is widely used in tan ,silk ,food ,medical treatment and brewing industries etc Working.

Mechanism

The active components of this enzyme belong to a kind of Serine endo protease , which hydrolyzes protein molecular chains to Polypeptide and amino acid .Also Synthesis in organic solvents by catalytic polypeptide

2. Unit definition : The amount of enzyme which liberate 1ug tyrosine per min from casein at pH10.5, 40±0.2 ℃(u/g or u/ml). 
3. Standard: GB/T 23527-2009.

Application Guide

1.The recommended dosage is 0.02-0.1% based on 100000 u/ml according to the quality of raw material at 20-25℃ for 12-20 hours in Soaking process; The recommended dosage is 0.05-0.2% at 35-38℃ for 3-6 hours in bating process ; The recommended dosage is 0.1-0.3% at 20-35℃ for 12-20 hours in molting process. The pH are all at 9-11 for above process.
2.This product using in Silk Degumming with silk fibroin, the recommended dosage is 0.8-2.4% , pH9-11, Temperature 40-50℃ for 30-60 mins .
3. In manufacture of chondroitin,, the recommended dosage is 0.2-0.6%, ph 8-10 ,Temperature 40-50℃ for 4-8 hours
4. In manufacture of Heparin sodium, the recommended dosage is 2-4g enzyme as per small intestine, temperature 45-60℃ ,PH 9-11 for 4-6 hours.
5.In manufacture of protein raw material processing such as sactive Peptide etc, The recommended method is as follows: ratio of solid to liquid 1:3-9 , pH8-10,temperature 50-60℃,dosage 0.5-1.5% for 2-6 hours.
6.The recommended dosage is 0.2-1.0% based on the quality of washing powder in detergent industry .

Package and Storage

Plastic drum is used in liquid type,25kg/drum , Plastic weave bag is used in solid type, 20kg/bag.Further package customizable. This product is organic biochemical substance, high temperature, strong acid & strong alkaline will cause inactivation of enzyme. So, avoid exposure to sunlight when being transported. Solid enzyme should avoid direct sunlight and rain. It should be kept in clean, cool and dry place, or you need to increase its dosage.
