In the analytical side of Chemicalbook, tetramethylammonium hydroxide is used as polarographic reagent; 3. In the aspect of product purification, it is used as ashless alkali to precipitate many metal elements; 4. In the production of silicone wafers, it is often used as brightening agent, cleaning agent and touch engraving agent for the surface of computer silicon wafers.
