Products Description

Identification test soluble in ethanol and ether, soluble in 116℃ propylene glycol. Measured by OT-42 method. The melting point is about 184℃, measured by conventional method. Take 2ml ferric chloride ethanol solution (TS-102) and 2ml 2,2, 1, 2 pyridine solution (TS-41), and add them into 5ml 50% ethanol solution containing 0.5% of the sample. They should be dark cherry red. Chemicalbook take 5ml 75% ethanol solution of 1% sample, add 1ml concentrated ammonia test solution (TS-13), should be yellow. Take 10ml 50% ethanol solution of 0.5% sample, add 1.5ml boiling water solution of 1% barium hydroxide [Ba(OH)2 H2O3, which should be dark blue and can be maintained for about 1h, take 10ml 10% sodium hydroxide, and add 0.5% sample

 

For content analysis, the sample of 1.00g was taken, diluted with methanol to the final concentration of lmg/100ml in A lcm quartz colorimetric dish, and the absorbance A at wavelength 284nm was read. N-dihydroguaiac content (%) -sulfanium x 100 toxicity
