4,4'-[(3,5-Dimethylphenyl)imino]bis-1-butanesulfonic acid disodium salt;MADB N,N-Bis(4-sulfobutyl)-3,5-dimethylaniline disodium salt 209518-16-1
The new Trinder's reagent is a highly water-soluble aniline derivative and is widely used in diagnostic and biochemical tests. The colorimetric reagent has several advantages over the conventional reagent in determining the activity of hydrogen peroxide. The new Trinder's reagent is stable enough to be used in both solution and test pipeline inspection systems. In the presence of hydrogen peroxide and peroxidase, the new Trinder's reagent forms a very stable purple or blue dye during oxidative coupling reactions with 4-amino-antipyrine (4-AA) or 3-methylbenzothiazolsulfone hydrazone (MBTH). The molar absorbance of MBTH-coupled dye is 1.5-2 times higher than that of 4-AA coupled dye. However, the 4-AA solution is more stable than the MBTH solution. substrate
