The new 4A zeolite is a non-toxic, odorless, tasteless and fluid white powder processed from the inner 4A zeolite ore. 600m2/R, insoluble in water and organic solvents, soluble in strong alkali and strong acid. When heated above 800°C, it recrystallizes to form a white silica-like structure. It can absorb moisture, liquid, gas and unsaturated organic substances. It has the ability to exchange calcium ions, the theoretical exchange capacity is 352CaCO3mg/g, generally 290~320mgCaCO3/g, the whiteness is ≥95%, the pH value is 10~11.5, the apparent density is 0.3~0.5g/cm3, and the average particle size is 2μm , particle size distribution ≤ 4μm accounted for more than 85%. Because of its strong calcium ion exchange capacity and no pollution to the environment, it is mainly used in detergent additives, cosmetic additives, water softeners and high-grade desiccants. It is an ideal phosphorus-free detergent additive to replace sodium tripolyphosphate, with surface adsorption Strong capacity, it is an ideal adsorbent and desiccant.
