Molecular structure formula:
Properties: This product is white to light yellow waxy solid or liquid, melting point above 28℃, boiling point 400℃, specific gravity 0.895, insoluble in water, soluble in toluene and other organic solvents. The addition amount is generally 0.1-3.0%.
Use: This product is a hindered amine light stabilizer, mainly used as thermoplastic polymer materials such as polyacetal, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) and styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN), etc. Engineering plastics such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA), acrylonitrile-styryl-acrylic acid copolymer (ASA) and impact resistant polystyrene (HIPS), thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer (TPO) and polyurethane (PU) UV light stabilizer, Widely used in the above materials made of fiber, film, plate (sheet), tube, tape, molding and so on. In addition, this product is also an antioxidant additive for ash-free lubricants.
This product has the following characteristics: 1. It has good synergistic effect with other hindered amine light stabilizers, especially high molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizers (such as 944, 119) and benzoate ultraviolet absorbers (such as UV328). 2. In the products based on polyolefin, it can make the color stability, light preservation and durability of the products are excellent. 3. Compared with other small molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizers, it has good compatibility and solubility with polyolefin.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place.
