Product Description:

AT010 is a water-soluble anti-rust agent with excellent anti-rust performance, and has a synergistic corrosion inhibition effect on non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum in the finished product scheme. In addition, AT010 rust inhibitor can assist in solutizing polyether in the total synthesis polyether system, reducing the amount of solutizer such as neocapric acid/n-caprylic acid to reduce product odor. This product can be used directly in water, either as an anti-rust additive in the finished product program, or directly diluted as a finished water-based anti-rust agent.

 

Application: 

ATO10 has excellent water solubility and can be used either as an anti-rust additive or directly diluted as an anti-rust agent between processes. When used as an anti-rust additive, it is recommended to add 5-10%, which can play an excellent anti-rust effect, and can also play a synergistic polyether solubilization effect in the total synthetic polyether system. When direct dilution is used as an anti-rust agent between processes, it is recommended to dilute by 10-25%, and the anti-rust effect of the cast iron process is excellent, and the expected anti-rust time can reach 3-10 days.
