Properties: white or slightly yellow amorphous powder or granules. It is a phosphorus-containing complex protein. Odorless. Tasteless. It is hygroscopic. It is stable when dry, and easily deteriorates when wet. It is soluble in alkaline aqueous solution, soluble in concentrated hydrochloric acid and is light purple, almost insoluble in water and non-polar organic solvents. When immersed in water, it expands rapidly, but the particles do not bind. The relative density is 1.25~1.31. The isoelectric point is pI4.7.
Uses: Biochemical research. Medium raw materials. It is a multi-purpose additive in the light chemical industry. It is used as an adhesive and brightener in the papermaking, cultural and educational industry, as a polishing paste and pigment paste material in the leather industry, and as a hydrolyzed protein material and medical glove material in medicine. It is used as a glazing material in the printing industry, and is also widely used in furniture manufacturing, food, precision electronics, bioplastics and protein cellulose, high-end artwork and other fields.
