Product introduction
NNMTi is an enzyme overexpressed during skeletal muscle aging and is associated with repair of NAD+ pathway damage, dysregulated sirtuin1 activity, and increased muscle stem cell senescence. NNMTi promotes myoblast differentiation in vitro and enhances fusion and regeneration of muscle stem cells in aged mice. NNMTi is also a potent inhibitor of nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT) (IC50=1.2 μM), selectively binding to NNMT substrate binding site residues. NNMTi promotes myoblast differentiation in vitro and enhances fusion and regeneration of muscle stem cells in aged mice. Among them, the cytosolic enzyme nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT) has been newly discovered to regulate the levels of nicotinamide precursors required for NAD+ biosynthesis, and therefore plays a crucial role in regulating the NAD+ salvage pathway and cellular metabolism.
Feature
(1) High purity: NNMTi can obtain high-purity products through refined production processes. High purity means better bioavailability.
(2) Targeting: NNMTi specifically targets the NNMT enzyme and can effectively inhibit its activity, thereby affecting the metabolic pathway of nicotinamide.
(3) Stability: NNMTi has good stability and can maintain its activity and effect under different environments and storage conditions.
(4) Development prospects: Due to the various characteristics of NNMT, its development has received widespread attention and has broad research and application prospects.
Applications
NNMTi is a nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT) inhibitor that promotes myoblast differentiation. NNMTi can also be used as a supplement to help reduce weight and fat and improve liver fat.
