Principle: PHA is a mitogen that can stimulate T lymphocytes to transform into larger mother cells during in vitro culture, generating nucleoli in the nucleus and causing some cells to divide

Plant peptides, which are complexes of oligosaccharides and proteins, are mainly composed of plant hemagglutinin PHA and lectin like split antigen ConA
