3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane Chinese alias γ-aminopropyl triethoxysilane, CAS No. 919-30-2, colorless liquid. 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane can be used as glass fiber treatment agent and dental binder, silane coupling agent, applied to mineral filled phenolic, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide, carbonate and other thermoplastic and thermosetting resins, It can greatly improve and enhance the physical and mechanical properties and wet electrical properties of plastics such as dry and wet bending strength, compressive strength, shear strength, and improve the wettability and dispersion of fillers in polymers.

 

Application: 

This product is used in mineral filled phenolic, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide, carbonate and other thermoplastic and thermosetting resins, which can greatly improve the dry and wet state bending strength, compressive strength, shear strength and other physical and mechanical properties and wet electrical properties, and improve the wettability and dispersion of fillers in polymers. This product is an excellent bonding accelerator for acrylic coatings, adhesive adhesives and sealants. For sulfides, polyurethanes, RTV, epoxies, nitriles, phenolic resin adhesives and sealants, amino-silanes improve pigment dispersity and increase adhesion to glass, aluminum and steel. In the production of glass fiber cotton and mineral wool, it can be added to phenolic binder to improve moisture resistance and compressive elasticity. In the manufacture of grinding wheels it helps to improve the wear resistance of self-hardening sand and phenols.
