Product Description:
Vinyl trimethoxysilane is a colorless transparent liquid, soluble in a variety of organic solvents, insoluble in PH=7 water, but soluble in PH=3.0-3.5 water.
Application:
1.Vinyl trimethoxysilane is an important crosslinking agent of crosslinked polyethylene. Compared with the general peroxide crosslinking and radiation crosslinking, its crosslinking process has simple equipment, less investment, easy control, wide density range of polyethylene, suitable for the production of special shape fan core, and has the characteristics of high extrusion speed. Because silane crosslinked polyethylene has excellent electrical properties, good heat resistance and stress cracking resistance, it is widely used in the manufacture of wire, insulation and sheathing materials.
2. The crosslinked polyethylene produced by this product as a crosslinking agent has the advantages of good aromatics resistance, oil resistance, stress cracking resistance, high mechanical strength, good heat resistance, etc., and can be used for 50 years at 80℃. It can be used for oil, natural gas and gas pipeline anticorrosive insulation outer protective layer and corresponding anticorrosive heat shrinkable sleeve bushing material.
3. It can improve the electrical and thermal conductivity and improve the storage period of silicone rubber at room temperature.
