Details:

AN0128 is a broad-spectrum antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agent containing boron. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of AN0128 against S. aureus, S. epidermidis, P. acnes, B. subtilis are 1, 0.5, 0.3 and 1 μg/mL, respectively. AN0128 is a tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) inhibitor that may be used in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.
