Arachidonamide Arachidonic acid amide
We provide customized and high-quality Arachidonoyl amide product for your project.
Arachidonamide (AEA) is a weak cannabinoid CB1 and CB2 agonist. Arachidonamide was hydrolyzed by FAAH more effectively than AEA but exhibited significantly weaker binding to the human CB1 receptor with a Ki of 9.6 μM. AEA also inhibits rat glial gap junction cell-cell communication by 90% at a concentration of 20 μM. Arachidonamide are found to be the best substrates for anandamide amidohydrolase (AAH) with relative rates of hydrolysis about twice that of anandamide.
