BWA-868C BWA868C
We provide customized and high-quality BW A868C product for your project.
Prostaglandin D2 (PGD2) has been widely distributed in rat brain, spinal cord and pituitary and may act as a neuromodulator in the central nervous system. BW A868C is a novel, selective and potent competitive antagonist of PGD2. BW A868C antagonizes the prostaglandin D2 and BW 245C-induced activation of human platelet adenylate cyclase. BW A868C antagonizes the accumulation of cAMP in rabbit non-pigmented ciliary epithelial cells. However, it has virtually no effect on human TP, IP, EP1, EP2, and FP receptors.
