2,3-Bis(bromomethyl)quinoxaline 1,4-dioxide
We provide customized and high-quality Conoidin A product for your project.
Peroxiredoxins are a ubiquitous family of antioxidant enzymes that also control cytokine-induced peroxide levels and thereby mediate signal transduction in mammalian cells. Conoidin A inactivates peroxiredoxins by covalently binding to the catalytic cysteine on the enzyme. It has been shown to inhibit peroxiredoxin II (IC50 = 23 μM) in the parasite T. gondii and peroxiredoxin I in the hookworm A. ceylanicum.
