Appearance: Yellowish brown powder, a metabolite produced by Bacillus subtilis after deep fermentation and cultivation. It is made into powder by salting out, drying, and grinding, and is easily soluble in water. Neutral proteases produced by microorganisms, most of which are metalloenzymes, contain one atom of zinc in one molecule of protease, with a molecular weight of 35000~40000 and an isoelectric point of 8~9. They are the most unstable enzymes in microbial proteases, easily self dissolving and causing a significant decrease in molecular weight

Purpose: Biochemical research, extraction of polysaccharides and hydrolysis of various plant proteins. Under neutral conditions, it catalyzes the breakdown of protein or polymer peptide bonds, resulting in small molecule peptones, peptides, and individual amino acids
