Hydroxymercuric benzoic acid (PCMB) Phenylsulfonyl chloride (PMSF), dithiothreitol (DTT), and other compounds have no significant effect on enzyme activity at a concentration of 1mmol/L, while Zn ions exhibit a certain degree of activation effect; Ba ions, Mn ions, Ca ions, Mg ions, and EDTA exhibit a certain degree of inhibitory effect on lysosomal enzymes at a concentration of 1mmol/L
