Appearance: Light yellow to light brown powder or fine particles. It is cultured with high-yielding strains of Trichoderma reesei, fermented by deep liquid aeration, and extracted and refined. It is an endonuclease that specifically acts on the 1,3 and 1,4 glycosidic bonds of β - glucanase, producing 3-5 glucose units of oligosaccharides and glucose
