Activity definition: 1 gram of alkaline protease powder can hydrolyze casein at pH 10 and 40 ℃ to produce 1 microgram of tyrosine per minute, which is defined as one enzyme activity unit

Usage conditions: substrate concentration of 10-25%, temperature of 20-60 ℃, pH value of 8.0-12.0, reaction time of 3-6 hours (can be long or short according to requirements), reference dosage of enzyme added 0.03-0.06% (based on the weight of hydrolysis solution)

Appearance: Light yellow powder or grayish white smooth particles or liquid. It is a proteolytic enzyme, belonging to a serine fragile extracellular high alkaline protease. The main component is Bacillus subtilis protease, which is an endonuclease with a catalytic site of serine

Purpose: Biochemical research. It can hydrolyze protein molecule peptide chains to generate peptides or amino acids, and has strong ability to decompose proteins.
