Appearance: Light brown powder or granules. Produced by deep liquid fermentation of Bacillus subtilis, it is concentrated, extracted, refined and compounded. It is a bacterial protease complex developed for protein hydrolysis. The main enzyme of this product is alkaline protease, and enzyme activity is defined according to the main enzyme activity. Enzyme treatment temperature is 40-50 ℃, treated for 50 minutes, soaked in distilled water for 13 hours, with the precipitate as the carrier.

Purpose: Biochemical research. Unlike many other endonucleases, Protamex can produce protein hydrolysate without bitterness even at low degrees of hydrolysis. Suitable for hydrolysis of animal protein and animal blood.
