Acesulfamethane chemical name is potassium acetosulfanilate, also known as AK sugar, white crystalline powder, soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, light, heat stability, pH value of a wide range of application, is currently one of the world's best stability sweeteners, widely used in a variety of foods, mainly to give food sweet, but will not cause severe blood sugar reaction. It was first discovered by the German Hearst company in 1967 and was first approved in the UK in 1983, and is 200 to 250 times sweeter than sucrose. In the late 1990s, China formulated product industry standards for it. Application: 

The product has a strong sweetness, the sweetness is about 130 times that of sucrose, and the taste properties are similar to saccharin. Bitter in high concentrations. Non-hygroscopic, stable at room temperature, with sugar alcohol, sucrose and other good miscibility. As a non-nutritive sweetener, it can be widely used in various foods. According to China's GB2760-90 regulations, it can be used for liquid, solid drinks, ice cream, pastries, jams, pickles, preserves, gum sugar, table sweeteners, with a maximum usage of 0.3g/kg.
