It is a potent dual inhibitor of anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). It is mainly under investigation for its treatmentefficacy on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) where ALK is activated and EGFP mutations frequently occur.
