L-Proline,L-prolylglycyl 7561-51-5 H-Pro-Gly-Pro-OH
H-Pro-Gly-Pro-OH (PGP) is a tripeptide generated from the breakdown of extracellular matrix collagen and is specifically chemotactic for neutrophils in vitro and in vivo. N-terminal acetylation of PGP can enhance this chemotactic potential. PGP was identified as physiological substrate for the aminopeptidase activity of leukotriene A4 hydrolase. PGP is a biomarker for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Our peptide has key advantages. It enables precise sequence design for specific needs, offers high purity via advanced methods, and provides flexibility in length, modification, and quantity, crucial for diverse applications.
