TIMP-2 (145-168) (human, bovine) TIMP-2 1872435-10-3
TIMP-2 (145-168) (human, bovine) corresponding to loop 6 of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2 (TIMP-2) is a potent inhibitor of angiogenesis. It displayed a metalloproteinase (MMP)-independent anti-angiogenic activity which could be separated from the MMP-dependent activity of TIMP-2. In contrast to the MMP-dependent activity which only inhibited embryonic neovascularization it was able to inhibit both embryonic and mitogen-stimulated angiogenesis in vivo.
We are thrilled to present our range of pharmaceutical peptide raw materials (both of GMP and non-GMP), designed to empower the development of innovative and effective treatments. Our commitment to excellence in peptide synthesis and manufacturing is evident through our state-of-the-art facilities and years of scientific expertise.
We adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring that our peptides meet the highest quality standards and are suitable for use as active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Our facilities are equipped to handle the complex procedures required for peptide manufacturing, including Solid-Phase Peptide Synthesis (SPPS) and Liquid-Phase Peptide Synthesis (LPPS).
With over 10 years of combined peptide manufacturing experience, we utilize both SPPS and LPPS technologies for production, from gram-scale to kilogram-scale peptide capacity available. Our partnerships span across the globe, ensuring access to cutting-edge technology and expertise.
We look forward to the opportunity to be your trusted partner in the peptide therapeutics market. If you are considering using peptide APIs, please do not hesitate to contact us.
