Niobium Aluminum Carbide Powder (Nb2AlC) is a new Max phase ceramic material. It has more than 60 ternary carbides. As a max-phase ceramic alloy, Nb2AlC combines both ceramic and metal properties such as good thermal and electrical conductivities, good thermal shock resistance, elastic rigidity, and creep resistance. Nb existence increases the stability of Niobium Aluminum Carbide Powder under a high-temperature environment.
