Each 1ml of the solution is equivalent to 10μg of Br), place it in a 10ml colorimetric tube, and prepare it in the same way to obtain the control solution. Take the control solution and the test solution, and according to the UV-Vis spectrophotometry method (General Provisions 0401), using water as the blank, measure the absorbance at 590nm. The absorbance of the test solution shall not be greater than that of the control solution (0.05%).
