Main advantages of CPE 135A
1. Excellent impact resistance performance
CPE 135A can form a three-dimensional mesh structure inside hard PVC products, significantly improving the impact strength of the products at room temperature and low temperature, especially suitable for low temperature environments below -20 ℃. Its chlorine content is about 35% ± 1%, balancing compatibility and elasticity with PVC, making it an ideal impact modifier.

2. Good weather resistance and aging resistance
Has strong resistance to ozone, ultraviolet radiation, and harsh weather conditions, suitable for long-term outdoor use of products (such as door and window profiles, pipes), and extends their service life.

3. Flame retardancy and chemical corrosion resistance
The introduction of chlorine atoms endows it with flame retardant properties and exhibits inertness towards chemicals such as acids and bases, making it suitable for scenarios such as wire and cable sheaths, chemical equipment, etc. that require flame retardancy and corrosion resistance.

4. Low temperature toughness and processing performance
It maintains flexibility at -20 ℃ and has good processing fluidity, making it easy to blend with plastics such as PVC and PE, thereby improving the molding efficiency of the product.

1. Impact modification of rigid PVC products
PVC door and window profiles and pipes: Adding 9-12 parts of CPE 135A can significantly improve impact strength and low temperature resistance, meeting high standard building requirements.
Sheet metal and injection molded products: such as home appliance casings, electrical accessories, etc., to improve mechanical and electrical performance.

2. Material for wire and cable sheath
As a flame retardant modifier, it can improve the heat resistance, oil resistance and aging resistance of the sheath, and partially replace the chloroprene rubber (CR).

3. Waterproof rolls and sealing materials
Blending with PVC can improve the tensile strength (80% increase) and tear strength (50% increase) of waterproofing membranes, while enhancing their low temperature resistance and weather resistance.

4. Rubber product modification
Used in combination with natural rubber (NR), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), etc., to improve the wear resistance, heat resistance, and chemical resistance of rubber, suitable for rubber hoses, conveyor belts, etc.

5. Other Plastic Modifications
As a compatibilizer used in plastics such as PE and PP, it enhances flame retardancy and flexibility, such as in the flame retardant treatment of mining hoses.
