Brief information

-- A quaternary modified softening agent with terpolymer structure excellent hydrophilicity.

-- HTcone 3206 E is very stable in acid mild alkali condition at normal temperature while it also has excellent stability at 100℃below pH 8.

-- HTCONE 3206E is especially suitable foverflow dyeing machine that is very convenient fsoftening process due to its direct use in dyeing machine, which saves time, water energy.

-- Confers soft, silky bulky hfeels to fabrics, as well as hydrophilicity while absorbency is 2 – 3 seconds.

-- Replaces traditional softener flakes hydrophilic silicone softeners.

-- Solubility:                         easily soluble in water

-- Resistant to high temperature, mild alkali at normal temperature, strong electrolytes shearing stable wihout silicone spots.

-- Natural soft, smooth non-greasy hfeels.

-- Excellent hydrophilicity that exactly solves the conflict of hfeels, hydrophilicity washing resistance.

-- Suitable fvarious process euqipments with high flexibility.

-- Suitable fvarious fibres, such cotton, T/C, CVC, etc, especially best performance to cotton.

-- Excellent hydrophilicity that allows direct shade repair avoids re-pollution during the rapair.

-- Better cost performance compared with softener flakes at same price, which achives performance combined softener flakes hydrophilic silicone softeners.

Application

-- High concentration product can be diluted 5-10 times.

-- Padding:

HTcone 3206E:                 20 –50 g/L

Cure at100℃set at 150 –180℃ f50 seconds

-- Dipping:

Htcone 3206E:                  2 – 5% (O.W.F)

Temperature & time:          25 –50℃× 20 – 30 min

-- Specific process should be adjusted by testing.

-- Packing:                           125 kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage:                           6 months in sealed container at room temperature
