Mode of action Insecticide acaricide with contact stomach action. By penetrating the plant tissues through translaminar action, exhibits a systemic effect.
Uses 

Control of many insect pests of theders Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Diptera, Hemiptera, etc. Fexample, used against caterpillars on fruit trees, cotton, vegetables, peanuts; scales on fruit trees; the pest complex on rice. Also controls aphids, bollworms, borers, leafhoppers, mealybugs, mites, planthoppers, thrips, etc. on beet, vines,namentals, potatoes, soya beans, tea, coffee, cocoa, other crops. Dose rates 250-500 g a.i./ha of EC 0.75-1.0 kg a.i./ha of GR.

 
Introduction effectively controls caterpillars on fruit trees, cotton, vegetables peanuts; scale insect on fruit trees pest complex on rice. Quinalphos also controls aphids, bollworms, borers, leafhoppers, mites, thrips, etc. on vines,namentals, potatoes, soya beans, tea, coffee, cocoa, other crops.
