Property:

PAC (Polyanionic Cellulose) is a kind of nonionic cellulose ether featured the properties of high purity, high DS, particularly high viscosity low viscosity. These products are demi-natural polymer additive, thickening agent, filtrate reducer.

PAC is an indispensable product fdrilling mud making. PAC is high purity product; the water solution of this white powder is transparent viscid. As water-soluble polymer, it dissolves immediately in cold/hot water can be used as a thickening agent, rheology controller, bond, stabilizer, colloid protector, suspending agent, filtrate reducer.

PAC is a good drilling mud additive also an important material fconfecting well liquid, a high mud volume product that featured high acid-resistance salt-resistance ability. It is a good filtrate reducer with the capacity of increasing viscosity anti-high temperature (150°C) in the freshwater, seawater, even saturated brine well-completion liquid. It is suitable fconfecting the completion fluid with these 3 kinds of water above.

Usage:

PAC-HV is fwater-based drilling fluids, which can effectively reduces the filtration rate of many water-based oil gas drilling fluids may also be used to increase stabilize viscosity to improve hole cleaning suspension properties in a wide variety of fluid environment.

PAC-LV is fuse in solids-laden, water-based drilling fluids, which can effectively reduces the filtration rate of many water-based drilling fluids, without causing significant increases in viscosity gel strength.

PAC R is a cost-effective additive to reduce API filtration rate of many water based drilling fluids including freshwater, seawater, saturated saltwater solids-free brines, native mud, flocculated mud, inhibited mud contaminated systems. PAC R increases stabilizes viscosity to improve rheology, wellhole cleaning suspension property by coating encapsulating cuttings solids of drilling fluids. PAC R is effective over a wide range of pH environments. It lubricates solids in the system, improve wallcakeacteristics reduces the potential fstuck pipe.
