SummaryBackground & aimsNeoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (NACRT) for pancreatic cancer (PC) is potentially associated with various toxicities, which can lead to impaired nutritional status. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) can reduce proinflammatory cytokines and positively influence cancer cachexia syndrome.
