Vapour pressures of solid and liquid uranium tetrabromide have been measured in the temperature range of 696 to 805 K and 805 to 1003 K respectively by transpiration and evaporation-temperature techniques. The vapour pressures obtained by the two techniques are in good agreement and have been combined to give the vapour-pressure equations for solid and liquid uranium tetrabromide: log10{p(UBr4,s)}=(12.75±0.08)−(10252±64)(K/T)
