Zusammenfassung2,2,6,6-Tetrakis-(p-toluolsu]fonyloxymethyl)-cyclohexanon (1) liefert bei der Solvolyse in wassrig-alkoholischer Natronlauge als Hauptprodukte die 1-Alkoxymethyl-3-methylencyclohexan-carbonsäuren-(1) 3a–8a und 2-[2-Alkoxymethylcyclopenten-(1)-yl-(1)]-propionsäuren 9a–14a; in t-Butanol wird überwiegend, in Dioxan ausschliesslich 1-Hydroxymethyl-3-methylen-cyclohexancarbonsäure-(1) (2a) erhalten.1-Methoxymethyl-3-methylen-cyclohexan-carbonsäure-(1)-äthylester (3c) wird zu den stereoisomeren 1-Methoxymethyl-3-methyl-cyclohexan-carbonsäure-(1)-äthylestern (21) hydriert und deren Struktur durch Vergleichssynthese bewiesen. 2-[2-Methoxymethyl-cyclopenten-(1)-yl-(1)]-propionsäure-methylester (9b) wird in den 3-[2-Methoxymethyl-cyclopenten-(1)-yl-(1)]-propylmethyl-äther (28) überfühfrt und dieser ausgehend vom Cyclopentanon synthetisiert.Bei der Umsetzung von 2-Methyl-2,6,6-tris-(p-toluolsulfonyloxymethyl)-cyclohexanon (37) mit wässrigmethanolischer Natronlauge werden 1-Methyl-3-methylen-cyclohexan-carbonsäure-(1), 2-[2-Methylcyclopenten-(1)-yl-(1)]-propionsäure und 1-Methyl-5-methoxymethyl-bicyclo-[3.1.1]heptanon-(6) (41) als Hauptprodukte isoliert.Zu Vergleicliszwecken wird 2-Methoxymethyl-2-p-toluolsulfonyloxymethyl-cyclohehanon (46) solvolysiert und ein Gemisch (77%) aus 1-Methoxymethyl-bicyclo[3.1.1]- (47) und 1-Methoxymethyl-bicyclo [3.2.0]heptanon-(6) (48) sowie 4% 6-Methoxymethyl-hepten-(6)-säure (49) erhalten.
