An amphetamine analog, P-1727, dl-(p-trifluoromethylphenyl) ISOPROPYLAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE (cas 15572-56-2), has been shown to cause blood-vascular changes in the posterior compartment of the dog's eye on prolonged oral treatment.
