Process of dehydration in polycrystalline hydrogen selenites of alkali metals MeHSeO3 (Me=Li, Na, K, Cs) has been studied by the method of a proton magnetic resonance. It is shown that the method allows not only to designate a temperature interval of dehydration, but also to observe the dynamics of these processes. Our experiments have revealed, that after heating samples the protons leave crystal structure as water molecules, which partially remain on a surface of polycrystalline grains. At the subsequent cooling to room temperature these protons are partially returned into the crystal lattice, i.e. there is an inverse process of hydration.
