Conducting polymer polypyrrole is promising material for electronic devices and sensor applications. To enhance its properties ternary compound Cobalt Aluminum Oxide (CAO) Nano powder in different weight percent were added. In presence of oxidizing agent ammonium persulphate CAO/polypyrrole Nano-composites were synthesized by in-situ chemical polymerization method. Synthesized Nano-composites were characterized by FTIR. The FTIR spectra shows the presence of all characteristics absorption peaks of polypyrrole that match well with the ones available in the literatureconfirming the formation of Polypyrrole.Impedance study was carried out for all Nano-composites by precision impedance analyzer in the frequency range 100 Hz to 5 MHz and at different temperatures. Impedance was almost constant over all frequencies for all composites whichreveal resistive part dominates in the impedance and composites shows less impedance as compared to pure polypyrrole.
