New sesquiterpene esters, triptofordins A, B, C-1 and C-2 have been isolated from the leaves ofTripterygium wilfordii Hook fil var.regelii and their structures established. The absolute structure of triptofordins B and C-1 were determined by using the CD dibenzoate chirality method.
