[5-(Pyridin-2-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylthio]acetic acid (3,4-diaryl-3H-thiazol-2-ylidene)-hydrazide derivatives were synthesized and tested for their in vitro antimycobacterial activity. Some compounds showed an interesting activity against a strain of Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv and three clinical isolates of M. tuberculosis.
